Tenants-In-Common Commercial Real Estate Ownership Syndications

The Tenants-In-Common ownership plan approach can be utilized to provide pre-construction phase project financing, construction phase project financing and post-construction project financing for commercial real estate development programs regardless of program type and regardless of location (in most cases).  It is true that tenants-in-common ownership is not available in all countries and would therefore not be possible for developers in these countries to utilize the Rainmaker Marketing Corporation syndication program.  Some countries have ill-defined property laws that are inconsistently applied and Rainmaker cannot help developers in these countries either.

The tenants-in-common approach provided through Rainmaker Marketing Corporation is for all real property sales (in the aggregate) of $2.5 million (USD) and the minimum contract is for purchases of TIC Plan interests equal to $25,000 or more.
