For developers of senior
housing to attract senior housing investors to their rental senior
housing and entry-fee senior housing projects, all necessary due
diligence must be completed in advance of the listing. Rainmaker
Marketing Corporation will require the production of certain
documents and/or third-party reports be supplied prior to Rainmaker
Marketing Corporation entering into a syndication agreement with the
developer (or sponsor, if different from the developer). Our goal
here is to create a comprehensive disclosure of the risks that would
meet the same threshold tests as would be expected in a private
placement offering of securities.
The required reporting is at the sole risk and expense of the
syndication plan sponsor (the developer and/or owner/operator) and must
be in form and substance satisfactory to Rainmaker Marketing Corporation
in its sole judgment.
