Flat Fee Services.
Wherever possible and practical, Rainmaker seeks to undertake a defined
scope of work for a specific flat fee. No changes or other extra costs
are billed unless the client changes the scope of work.

Workmanship. We cannot
guarantee an outcome, but we do warrant the quality of our work. Your
satisfaction is important to us and we prove it with every assignment.
You can request and receive a copy of an essentially similar document that
Rainmaker believes will be a fair representation of what you will receive
before you sign the dotted line.

Timeliness. All flat
fee services come with a due date. If the work is not substantially
complete and delivered via email attachment by the due date, the fees
pertaining to the work are cheerfully and promptly refunded.
