The resulting report varies by property class, from as little as 75 pages to as many as 110 pages, all in full-color, professionally-formatted detail with a technical presentation of the notes and assumptions, together with a separate front-end summary that can be cut and pasted into your capital funding plan as a stand-alone mini-presentation suitable for soliciting financing.  All of this for under a grand!

The Rainmaker approach relies upon surveyed data for development, construction and operating costs being combined with your unique data for the site that you incorporate into the model with some point/click/data entry using the Microsoft Excel engine and then it updates the presentation document as soon as you open the attending Word document.  Rainmaker uses a data sheet that you will receive via email; the more data you can provide about your project the more accurate we can make the resulting forecast.
