• Drafting Assistance.  Rainmaker can create a draft of the offering document (for the purposes of convenience as to form and not as legal advice) to save time and money.  This does NOT obviate the need to have legal counsel review, edit and advise the issuer as Rainmaker does NOT provide legal advice under any circumstances.
