The syndicate's funding is non-recourse and requires no equity dilution hit.

The syndicate's funding is long-term in nature and has an imputed interest carry that is not materially-significant.

The syndicate's funding is of sufficient magnitude to the deal so as to allow the developer to obtain the commercial bank construction mortgage financing on a non-recourse basis and with a waiver of those deadly cross-default and cross-collateralization clauses.

Vendor Management.  Rainmaker can round out your due diligence needs by managing the entire third-party reporting process including RFP's, bid negotiations, scheduling and monitoring of vendor site access, report reviews, and related services.
