Projects. These are project opportunities identified and documented by
Rainmaker - principally in the arena of senior housing. These projects
allow investors to access assets that are not typically available to the
smaller investor. Rainmaker creates opportunities that can allow
investment on the basis of a real property sales contract and not an
investment in securities (which would create an oversight burden with SEC
