Assisted Living Project Business Plans...

There are three (3) types of business plans Rainmaker Marketing Corporation generally creates:

One that demonstrates how the business will interact within its surrounding community.  This plan provides information for regulators and parties interested in the entitlements the business may have statutory relief or subsidy.  This is typically referred to as a "business plan".

One that demonstrates how the business will interact with its patrons - holders of securities and/or real property syndication units in the resulting real estate based business.  This plan provides information regarding the finance and investment cash flows and their relative timing to the overall development schedule of the company and the proposed project.  This is typically referred to as a "capital finance plan" but is also sometimes called a "business plan".

One that demonstrates how the business is to fulfill its business purpose through the coordinated operations of all departments of the assisted living facility (or independent, CCRC, etc.) working to generate the profits required by its sponsor/developer to fulfill forecasts provided for private placement offerings of securities, or fractional tenants-in-common real estate interests.  This is typically referred to as a "business plan of department operations".
